What is VICI's Holiday Return Policy?

Starting Black Friday (November 25, 2016) we have an extended Return Policy Instore and Online. You have up to two weeks after Christmas Day which is January 8, 2016 to return an Online or Instore Purchase. Accessories, Handbags, and Jewelry are FINAL SALE regardless of our Holiday Return Policy. Full priced items may be returned for Store Credit Only. We do not do refunds. 

  • Items purchased prior to November 25, 2016 are not eligible for the Extended Return Policy. 
  • Items without an Invoice or Gift Receipt are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
  • Flash Sale / Items Of The Day / Black Friday Sale Items are all FINAL SALE 
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

How can I give a Gift Receipt with my Online purchase?

To send or print a Gift Receipt for your purchase, please click the Download link below, print and fill out the details.

How can I return a gift given to me without a Gift Receipt? 

Please contact customercare@vicicollection.com or call us at (925) 954-7475 and notify us of the name of Gift Giver and item(s) you are returning. We will email you a printable Gift Receipt for your Return. 

Starting from Black Friday on, you have two weeks after Christmas to return gifts! 

Accessories and Handbags are still final sale. 

If you are sending a gift, you need to notify Customer Care (customercare@vicicollection.com) so that a note may be made on the Order. 

If you are returning a gift given to you, please request a gift receipt via Customer Care.
