For Newport In-Store Pickups we simply ask you follow and understand these rules before selecting this option:
- In-store Pickup requires a MINIMUM processing window of 2 business days. This is to allow our team to process your order, grab your items and transfer to the store you wish to pickup at. Your order will not be available before this amount of time has passed.
- You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
- For efficient pickup, you MUST have your Order Number and Order Date with you when you pickup in store. We will NOT be able to locate your order without this information!
- For Newport Beach Store Pick Ups, items are transferred via USPS and are available for pickup after 1 pm.
- If you order after 3pm PST, the next day is automatically considered the first processing day.
- If an item is listed as PREORDER, the 2 business day window does not apply and the item will be available in-store at the listed preorder arrival date.
- The return policy is two weeks regardless of when you pickup your items. It is two weeks from the day they are made available in store that you have to return them for store credit.
- After 30 days if you have not picked up your package, we will ship it to the address you have provided on your file, and bill the shipping payment to your card. The item is also FINAL SALE.
- Once you have selected In-store Pickup, you can not request/change your order. It will not be available for shipment once it has been transferred to a store. Be careful in selecting a store option, as we will not be responsible if the wrong one is selected.
- You will be emailed if there is ever an issue or concern regarding your pickup!
