We are unable to add, remove or change items within an order because they are processed automatically and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.

Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay Installments payments can be made in 4 interest-free installments allowing your payments to be automatically charged to your preferred debit or credit card every 2 weeks. These options are only available for United States customers.

Yes, you can combine promo codes with any E-Gift Card/Store Credit codes. When checking out, enter the E-Gift Card code first and then enter the promotional code. VICI is not responsible if the promotional code is not entered at checkout.

If you decide to preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

Our Preorder Items are best-selling VICI pieces that have previously been in-stock and sold-out.

The estimated ship date for the item will be displayed on the product page.

Payment is charged immediately at checkout. If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped.

If you need to cancel/update your Preorder, please contact our Customer Care team. Preorders can only be canceled for a full refund before the item ships. Once your item has shipped, the return falls under our regular return policy for store credit only.

For Returns on Preorders, you have 30 days from the day the order has shipped – not the date on the original invoice as this is the Order date. Preorder items are not eligible for Express, Priority Express or Next Day Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.

Orders placed with Standard Shipping can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders with Expedited Shipping methods placed before 11 AM PT (2 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the same day. Expedited Orders placed after 11 AM PT (2 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Expedited Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PT (2 PM ET) and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order is labeled. Tracking information for your shipment will typically be updated by the carrier within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please note that orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). Additionally, we are closed on most major US holidays, so your order will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. To see tracking updates, please click on “Track Package” in the shipping confirmation email. If you have lost your shipping confirmation email, please contact Customer Service via Chat, select Order Status and enter in the Order Number.

Tracking information for your shipment will typically be updated by the carrier within 24-48 hours of shipment.

During times of high package volume, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

For international orders, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) will be included in the final amount of your order upon checkout. This will provide our customer with 100% visibility to fully landed costs, faster delivery with no delays or unanticipated fees at delivery.

VICI is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items.

We are unable to deliver to International Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our international courier can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Orders submitted after 11AM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays. In the event of a holiday falling on a Monday, your order will be processed on the subsequent Tuesday.

Preorder items are not eligible for Express, Priority Express, or Next Day shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.

VICI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.

VICI will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of fulfillment for U.S and Canada customers only. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.

We offer free returns exclusively for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Returns are free for U.S. and Canadian customers.

High Volume Return Policy

VICI reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $4.99 per item to customers that show high volumes of return activity, which is defined as: i) $3,000 of returns in a 12-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more or (ii) $1,500 of returns in a 6-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more.

The return rate is calculated as the dollar amount of returns over the relevant period divided by the dollar amount of purchases over the same period. Customers who fall within the above criteria will be subject to a modified return policy, which may include but is not limited to, ineligibility for free return shipping, a restocking fee and/or refusal of returns.

Returns are for United States and Canada orders only.

To start a return, please visit our Returns Center! Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with eligible return items from your order. Please select which items you want to return. Once you complete the Returns process, please select which return method you prefer: Return Bar drop-off or a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off with the carrier. From there, you will be emailed a QR code for your return bar drop-off or a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Online returns are also accepted at our Nashville store and Pop-ups.

For accurate store credit processing, it's essential that your return matches the items you originally selected when generating your return label. Please refrain from including any extra items or combining this return with another.

An emailed E-Gift Card will be instantly delivered after your return has been accepted by either a return bar representative or a UPS carrier. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This excludes the shipping charges paid on the order, as well as DDP and taxes for international customers.

To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns Center! Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with eligible exchange items from your order. Please select which size or color you want to exchange. Once you complete the Returns process, please select which return method you prefer: Return Bar drop-off or a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off with the carrier. From there, you will be emailed a QR code for your return bar drop-off or a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Please note, we ask that the QR code is scanned within 24 hours of initiating the return in order to ensure the Exchange size is still available. We cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time of the QR code scan.

Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Exchanges are for U.S and Canadian residents only. 

We do have a minimum unit required in order to process an exchange. This restriction is in place because the exchange order is not created until the QR code/shipping label for the return is scanned.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away.
