VICI Return Policy

 To initiate a return, Please visit our Returns Center!   

We offer free return labels for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees!  

You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping.  

Store credit never expires. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. 

CONDITIONS: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition or will be subject to denial. Swimwear with a protective adhesive strip must be returned in its original form with the protective strip fully attached.   

FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE, and STYLE STEAL items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS FOR INTERNATIONAL, APO & PO BOX ADDRESSES   

We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses, and PO Box Addresses, so please send your return to our Fairfield Address: 2200 Courage Drive, Suite A Fairfield, CA 94533. Include your Invoice + Eligible Items in the Return Package and obtain tracking for your records. Once the return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days for our Team to process; then, we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit. We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.  

COMMON RETURN QUESTIONS 

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?  

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center!   Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with eligible return items from your order. Please select which items you want to return. Once you complete the Returns process, please select which return method you prefer: Return Bar drop-off or a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off with the carrier. From there, you will be emailed a QR code for your return bar drop-off or a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Online returns are also accepted at our Nashville store.  

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?   

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card instantly after your return has been accepted by either a return bar representative or a UPS carrier.  Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order. 

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?  

To initiate an exchange, Please visit our Returns Center! Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with the eligible items you want to exchange. Once you complete the Exchange process, please select which return method you prefer: return bar or a prepaid shipping label. From there, you will be emailed a QR code for your Return Bar drop-off or a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off with the carrier. Once the package has been accepted by a return bar representative or a UPS carrier, the exchange will leave our warehouse the following day. 

Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.  

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?   

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to care for our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!   

WHAT IF I PAID WITH KLARNA?   

Klarna purchases are subject to VICI's standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 30 days of fulfillment.   

Suppose you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your Klarna installments. In that case, you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the total purchase amount, and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the total amount of the item(s) being returned.
