1 SPONSOR

The sponsor of the VICI $500 Holiday Shopping Spree Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is VICI Collection, LLC, located at 1340 Treat Blvd, Suite 410, Walnut Creek, CA 94597 (“Sponsor”).

2 BINDING AGREEMENT

These Official Rules (“Rules”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Sponsor and each entrant (“Entrant”). By participating, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to these Rules. If promotional materials conflict with these Rules, these Rules govern.

3 ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void in US territories and possessions, US military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related companies, entities involved in administering or fulfilling the Giveaway (collectively, “Giveaway Entities”), and their immediate family and household members are ineligible. The SMS entry method in Section 5 is available only to new VICI SMS subscribers who enroll through the designated Giveaway signup page during the Entry Period. Existing subscribers do not receive an SMS entry by resubmitting their number or receiving the existing-subscriber welcome-offer message.

4 GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on October 26, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time clock. All entries must be received during the Entry Period.

5 HOW TO ENTER

SMS entry: During the Entry Period, visit the designated VICI Giveaway SMS signup page at https://www.vicicollection.com/pages/sign-up-for-vici-sms, submit your own valid mobile telephone number, and complete the SMS enrollment and any confirmation steps displayed on the page. One entry is recorded when Sponsor’s system confirms a qualifying new subscription through that page. Sponsor will identify qualifying entries using the campaign enrollment records associated with the Giveaway welcome message. Receipt of a welcome message alone does not establish eligibility. Signing up through another page, previously subscribing to VICI texts, or receiving the existing-subscriber message does not create an SMS entry. Unsubscribing after valid entry will not remove that entry.

Limit one entry per person during the Entry Period. Purchases, use of welcome offers, and continued SMS subscription do not increase the odds of winning. Automated, fraudulent, and duplicate entries are prohibited.

6 SMS TERMS AND CARRIER CHARGES

By submitting the SMS signup form, you consent to receive marketing text messages (e.g. promos, cart reminders) from VICI Collection at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. By proceeding, you acknowledge and understand that you are providing us your personal information and agree to our Privacy Policy (https://www.vicicollection.com/pages/privacy-policy) and Terms of Use (https://www.vicicollection.com/pages/vici-collection-llc-terms-of-use), including our SMS Terms. Opting out of marketing texts after a valid entry does not cancel that entry.

7 IDENTITY OF THE ENTRANT

Entries must contain accurate information and be submitted by the entrant. For SMS entries, the entrant must be the authorized subscriber or customary authorized user of the mobile number submitted. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, and authorization to use the number or email address. Attempts to evade the entry limit through multiple numbers, email addresses, or identities may result in disqualification.

8 SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing and initial notification will occur on or about October 27, 2026, after the Entry Period has ended. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email if an email address is on file for the entrant. If no email address is on file, Sponsor will contact the potential winner by text message at the mobile number provided with the entry. The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification and provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. Sponsor may require an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release where permitted by law. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. No payment or purchase is required to claim the prize.

9 PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 VICI gift card. Total approximate retail value: $500 USD. The “$500 Shopping Spree” consists solely of this gift card; no cash, travel, or personal shopping services are included. Sponsor will deliver the gift card electronically to the verified winner’s email address within seven (7) calendar days after the winner accepts the prize. The prize does not guarantee availability of any particular Official Holiday Launch style.

10 PRIZE CONDITIONS

The gift card is subject to applicable VICI gift card terms and applicable law. No cash redemption or substitution is permitted except as required by law or, at Sponsor’s discretion, substitution with a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting requirements and may request information necessary for those purposes.

11 DISQUALIFICATION FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who Sponsor determines to be: (A) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Rules; (B) acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner; (C) disrupting or undermining the legitimate operation of the Giveaway; or (D) annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Giveaway is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Giveaway as contemplated in these Rules. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing the Giveaway as contemplated in these Rules by any event beyond its control (“Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic or other public health emergency, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, then Sponsor will have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the Winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the Force Majeure Event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such selection process will be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.

12 PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes the Winner's permission for the Sponsor to use Winner's name, photograph, image, likeness, name, hometown, voice, biographical information, statements and prize information (collectively, the “Attributes”), for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization and releases the Sponsor from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.

13 DISCLAIMERS

The Sponsor will not be responsible for: (A) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (B) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (C) any Giveaway disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human intervention; or (D) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY).

14 GENERAL RELEASE

By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant, for Entrant and for Entrant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns: (A) releases and holds harmless the Sponsor from any liability whatsoever, and waives any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with the Giveaway or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory; (B) agrees that Giveaway Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose; and (C) agrees to be bound by these Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Rules or in the Giveaway itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.

15 PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.vicicollection.com/pages/privacy-policy. Marketing texts require the consent collected through the SMS enrollment process; entry alone does not authorize unrelated marketing or sharing with unspecified prize providers. Sponsor may share information with service providers as needed to administer and fulfill the Giveaway, consistent with its privacy policy.

16 SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

The Giveaway is sponsored by VICI Collection, LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release those platforms from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway.

17 DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Entrant agrees that if any dispute arises that is in any way related to the Giveaway or the Rules the parties will meet in person and attempt to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree to attempt to settle the dispute by non-binding mediation administered by a neutral mediator agreed to by the parties prior to resorting to litigation. The parties will cooperate to select a mediator, but if unable to do so will use JAMS for the mediation process and selection from JAMS’ panel of neutrals. The parties will participate in the mediation in good faith, and will share its mutual costs equally, and the parties’ respective out-of-pocket costs individually.

18 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1) All disputes, actual or alleged claims and causes of action at law or in equity (“Claim(s)”) will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Rules, in connection with any Claims, judgments and awards, Entrant waives all rights to attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, and to any multiplied damages.

3) In no event will Entrant be entitled to recover any expenses other than reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses.

4. VICI assumes no liability, and is not responsible for damages or losses of any kind.

5) By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize-related activity.

19 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

1) In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained in the Rules.

2. All Claims arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, including, without limitation, the interpretation of the Rules or any prize awarded will be resolved by applying the laws of California without regard to conflict of laws, and will be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts situated within Contra Costa County, California.

VICI FALL LAUNCH GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

VOID IN RHODE ISLAND, US MILITARY INSTALLATIONS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES, ALL US TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

  2. BINDING AGREEMENT: These Official Rules (“Rules”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Sponsor and entrant (“Entrant” or “you,” or “your”). By participating in the Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Rules. In the event there is an inconsistency between statements made by Sponsor in any promotional materials for the Giveaway and these Rules, these Rules shall govern.

  3. ELIGIBILITY: Only legal adult residents of the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related companies, and all other entities associated with the creation, administration, promotion or fulfillment of the Giveaway, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related companies (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such family members are not eligible to enter or win the Giveaway. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

  4. GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 7:00AM PDT and ends on Friday, August 28, 2026 at 11:59PM PDT (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time clock for the Giveaway. All Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible to win. 

  5. HOW TO ENTER: 

Purchase Method of Entry: Make a purchase on www.vicicollection.com during the Entry Period using promo code FALL4YOU and you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. One entry per person; multiple purchases will not result in additional entries.

No Purchase Necessary Method of Entry: No Purchase Necessary Method of Entry: By U.S. Mail: Hand-print your complete name, age, complete mailing address (including ZIP code), phone and email address on a plain 3"x5" paper, and mail it in a #10 envelope with first-class postage affixed to: VICI Collection, Attn: VICI FALL LAUNCH GIVEAWAY, 1340 Treat Blvd., Suite 410, Walnut Creek, California 94597. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 28, 2026 and must be received by Friday, September 4, 2026 to be included in the Sweepstakes drawing. Upon receipt of your valid mail-in entry, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Mechanically produced entries are not eligible and only one entry per mailed envelope will be allowed. The Sponsor’s computer timeclock is the official timekeeper for all Sweepstakes purposes. Evidence of submitting an entry is not evidence that Sponsor received the entry, and Sponsor’s computer records prevail in any such dispute. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.


  1. CARRIER CHARGES: You may be charged for visiting the mobile website in accordance with the terms of your service agreement with your carrier. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your pricing plan. You must use a smartphone device or tablet with web browsing capabilities to participate via your mobile phone or tablet. Not all mobile phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific internet instructions. If your data usage exceeds what is allotted by your data plan, you could be subject to additional fees by your carrier. Please contact your mobile service provider with any questions regarding your bill. 

  2. IDENTITY OF THE ENTRANT: Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that Entrant may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the address submitted at time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address by an entity that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner (individually, “Winner”) may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder of the address associated with the Entry. It is solely your responsibility to notify Sponsor in writing if you change your address and/or street address. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same address, registrations, identities, or logins.

  3. SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER:

    1. Drawing. The Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Giveaway Entry Period taking place on or about Tuesday, September 9th. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Giveaway, and these Rules are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an Entrant, the Prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the Rules, the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. 

    2. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway. Ten (10) eligible entries will be selected from all of the entries received.

    3. Notification to Winner. The potential Winner will be notified on or about Tuesday, September 9th  via the email associated with their order. Sponsor will not be liable for any potential prize winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential Winner for any reason. Potential Winner must respond to VICI’s email  within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery by VICI and provide the requested information and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability-Publicity Release or other applicable documents. Failure to respond in time will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. PRIZES: There will be 10 winners selected from all eligible entries. Each winner will receive a refund of their qualifying order placed during the Entry Period, up to a maximum value of $150 USD.

If the winning entry was submitted via the no purchase necessary entry method, the winner will instead receive a VICI promotional gift card valued at $150 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Approximate retail value of prizes: $25–$150 USD.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days of winner verification. If for any reason a refund cannot be issued, Sponsor will issue a promotional gift card instead. Promotional gift card prizes will be emailed within 30 days of verification.

  1. PRIZE CONDITIONS: With respect to the Prize, Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes associated with the Prize. The value of the Prize will be treated as income to the Winner and a 1099 will be issued for any Prize valued at $600.00 or more. No substitution is allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a Prize of equal or greater value may be substituted for any reason. The Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No cash value will be provided if full gift card credit is not used.

  6. WINNER LIST: For a copy of the Official Rules or a list of winners, email Sponsor at giveaways@vicicollection.com within 60 days of the end of the Entry Period.

  7. PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Giveaway, Participants will be sharing their personal information with Sponsor. By participating, Participants grant Sponsor permission to share their email address and any other personally identifiable information with the corresponding Prize Providers for the purpose of Giveaway administration. In addition, by participating, Participants opt-in to receive more information from Sponsor, Prize Providers, and their respective parents, affiliates, and licensees, for more information, and Participant agrees to Sponsor’s use and sharing of Participant’s personal information with Prize Providers for marketing purposes.   8. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER: Entrant understands and acknowledges that though the Giveaway is tied to the Instagram service, and Meta, Inc., (the "Instagram Parties") are not sponsors of the Giveaway, are not endorsing the Giveaway, nor administering the Giveaway on behalf of Sponsor. Further, Entrants understand that the Instagram Parties are not affiliates of Sponsor. Entrant agrees, for Entrant and for Entrant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns: to release and hold harmless the Instagram Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waives any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with the Giveaway.

  9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Entrant agrees that if any dispute arises that is in any way related to the Giveaway or the Rules the parties will meet in person and attempt to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree to attempt to settle the dispute by non-binding mediation administered by a neutral mediator agreed to by the parties prior to resorting to litigation. The parties will cooperate to select a mediator, but if unable to do so will use JAMS for the mediation process and selection from JAMS’ panel of neutrals. The parties will participate in the mediation in good faith, and will share its mutual costs equally, and the parties’ respective out-of-pocket costs individually.

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: 

    1. All disputes, actual or alleged claims and causes of action at law or in equity (“Claim(s)”) will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. 

    2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Rules, in connection with any Claims, judgments and awards, Entrant waives all rights to attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, and to any multiplied damages.

    3. In no event will Entrant be entitled to recover any expenses other than reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. 

    4. VICI assumes no liability, and is not responsible for damages or losses of any kind.

    5. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize-related activity.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS:

    1. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained in the Rules.

    2. All Claims arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, including, without limitation, the interpretation of the Rules or any prize awarded will be resolved by applying the laws of California without regard to conflict of laws, and will be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts situated within Contra Costa County, California.
