Just to be clear i've been ordering from vici for several years and this is the first time ive ever ran into this situation. The skirt that was delivered didnt have the bottom tier that is depicted making the overall style look flat and less flattering..its a small detail but makes a huge difference. Definitely something to be aware of.. still love vici's collection just wanst happy with this turn out
