I am shocked at how short this dress is. I ordered my normal size which is a large. But this dress fits more like a small. There is no way I could wear it as a dress. I also did not realize that it was final sale until I tried it on at home and that is very disappointing because I have never had an issue with exchanging or returning something with VICI.
