I purchased this shirt for a Christmas party that I went to. It was so cute online that I thought it would be perfect for the party. I received it and decided to keep it. What a mistake that was. I don’t know who designed this shirt, but it was made awful! It’s not made to stay off the shoulders. The neck is flimsy, I don’t even know how to describe it. The entire night every time I moved my arms, it flipped up. It did not stay off my shoulders. And every few minutes or so it would start creeping up again and then just pop up again. Quite possibly the worst article of clothing I have ever owned. I don’t even understand why someone would design something like this. And then charge the amount it was only for me to quite possibly throw it in the garbage. I’ve never been more frustrated by a product before. Something needs to be fixed here.
