International customers, you’ve been warned! If you need to return or exchange an item from Vici, you can’t. I received this skirt and it was a bit small. I contacted customer service to help me process an exchange. I was told the item was expected to sell out soon so they were unwilling to process an exchange but I could start a refund and once the item was scanned I would receive a gift card that I could put towards a second purchase. I asked to proceed this route and was quickly told that Vici only processes returns for US customers. With everything going on with this trade war and the fact that international customers are still willing to support your business, you would think there would be a bit more appreciation. Unfortunately Vici has lost me as a customer for good.
