I love the top and I ordered a large based on sizing provided. I'm 34DD and approximately 27" waist and 125lbs. I had to go get it tailored because the straps were too long, it gapped in the back and she may have to move the buttons over a tad just to get it to fit. I'd say a medium would have fit me, but it was quicker to get it tailored than to do a return and exchange. I love the colors and material though.
